Return and Refund Policy

All products sold through this store are intangible digital license renewals. No physical goods are supplied or shipped.

Because the renewed licensing rights are granted immediately after successful payment, all completed purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Renewal Eligibility

Renewal pricing is available only to the original purchaser of a previous license for the exact beat being renewed.

Before completing an order, the customer is responsible for confirming that:

• They are the original purchaser;

• They previously purchased a license for every beat entered;

• The beat names and original-purchase email address are accurate; and

• Any additional-renewal pricing is being used only for additional eligible beats renewed by the same customer in the same order.

If renewal pricing is used for an ineligible beat, no license or usage rights are granted for that beat. The corresponding payment is non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Invalidity concerning one beat does not invalidate properly purchased renewals for other eligible beats in the same order.

Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors

If you believe that you were charged twice because of a technical error, contact info@jakeangelbeats.com promptly with your order number and supporting information. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

Incorrect Information

If you made a genuine clerical error when entering an eligible beat title, legal name or original-purchase email address, contact info@jakeangelbeats.com promptly.

We may correct verified clerical errors, but an incorrect entry may not be used to substitute a new or otherwise ineligible beat after purchase.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
