These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jake Angel Beats License Renewals website and your purchase of any license renewal offered through this store.
By accessing this website, submitting a renewal order or completing payment, you agree to these Terms of Service, the applicable Lifetime Unlimited License Renewal Agreement, our Return and Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Store Purpose
This store is provided solely for eligible customers to renew previously purchased beat licenses.
It may not be used to purchase rights to a beat that the customer has not previously licensed.
2. Renewal Eligibility
To purchase a renewal, you must:

Be the original purchaser of the previous license;

Renew the exact beat covered by that previous license;

Provide accurate customer, beat and original-purchase information; and

Use additional-renewal pricing only for eligible additional beats renewed by the same customer in the same order.
We may verify the information submitted against prior purchase and licensing records.
Providing inaccurate information or using renewal pricing for an ineligible beat does not create a license or grant any rights in that beat.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before any renewal rights are granted.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel or review an order where we reasonably believe that the customer is ineligible, has provided materially inaccurate information, or has attempted to misuse the renewal process.
Any cancellation or refund remains subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. License Agreement
Each eligible renewal is governed by the Lifetime Unlimited License Renewal Agreement accepted during checkout.
The applicable Shopify order record, including the submitted legal name, original-purchase email address, beat names, order number, payment and acceptance records, forms part of that agreement.
If these Terms of Service conflict with the Lifetime Unlimited License Renewal Agreement concerning the licensed Beat or the rights granted, the Lifetime Unlimited License Renewal Agreement controls.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, beat titles, recordings, compositions, graphics, text, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jake Angel Beats and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a renewal grants only the limited rights expressly stated in the Lifetime Unlimited License Renewal Agreement. No ownership in a Beat, composition, master recording, trademark, website or other material is transferred.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Use this store to obtain renewal pricing for a new or ineligible beat;

Impersonate another purchaser;

Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;

Attempt to bypass the renewal form or pricing structure;

Interfere with the operation or security of the website;

Use automated systems to scrape, access or purchase through the website without authorization; or
-
Use the website or any licensed material for an unlawful purpose.
7. Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Because licensing rights are supplied immediately following successful payment, completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. Website Availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of this website or the renewal program at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available, although we will use reasonable efforts to correct verified technical issues.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jake Angel Beats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jake Angel Beats harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, false eligibility representations or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee.
